Your adventure begins at 8:00 AM, as your private guide and driver meet you at your Xi'an hotel. Leaving the city behind, you will embark on a scenic 2-hour drive toward the Qinling Mountains to reach the base of Mount Huashan, the "Western Sacred Mountain" of China.
Upon arrival at the East Gate, you will ascend the mountain via the North Peak Cable Car, a dramatic ride that whisks you over deep chasms to a height of 1,614 meters. Once at the North Peak (Cloud Terrace Peak), the true majesty of the granite massif unfolds. From here, the day is yours to design. Your expert guide will provide a detailed map and overview of the various ridges: you can choose to conquer the Gold Lock Pass, brave the steep "Ear-Pressing Cliff," or continue toward the Highest South Peak (2,154m). Whether you prefer a vigorous hike to every summit or a leisurely exploration of ancient Taoist pavilions and breathtaking photo spots, your guide will ensure you navigate the mountain safely and at your own pace.
After soaking in the panoramic "Sea of Clouds" and vertical cliff views, you will descend via cable car and be chauffeured comfortably back to your hotel in Xi'an.

Gratuities for local guides, drivers, hotel porters, and restaurant staff are left to your discretion. Furthermore, tour prices are based on twin-sharing occupancy; if you are traveling solo, we will arrange for you to share a twin room with another traveler of the same sex in most cases, but should you prefer a private room, a Single Room Supplement will apply based on your specific travel dates.
