Itinerary
In the morning, your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel and transfer you to Dujiangyan.
Upon arrival, you will first visit Dujiangyan Irrigation System. It is a 2000-year-old living world heritage that provides irrigation and flood control to the region. You will see the fish mouth levee that has played a very important role in the system. And the beautiful landscapes and cultural relics will also be the highlights of the Dujiangyan Irrigation System.
Visit time: 2 hours
After lunch, we will continue driving to Qingcheng Mountain. It is a good chance to escape the hustle and bustle of Chengdu while getting to enjoy the natural beauty there. Except for the lush surroundings, Mount Qingcheng also boasts a large number of well-preserved Taoist temples. You will spend time discovering those temples and know better about the culture of Taoism.
Visit time: 3 hours
After the tour, you will be escorted to your hotel in Chengdu downtown.
