Itinerary
In the early morning, your English-speaking tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and then drive to Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding.
You will have a happy time at the base with cute giant pandas. There are more than one hundred giant pandas that are taken care of. You will walk leisurely at the base and get a close sight of those cute giant pandas while they are sleeping, playing, and eating bamboo. It is also possible to see panda babies in the nursery rooms.
Visit time: 2 hours
Then you will drive about 2 hours from Chengdu to visit the Leshan Giant Buddha, the largest and tallest stone-carved statue of Buddha in the world. After having your lunch in Leshan city, you will take a boat and see the whole view of the giant buddha on the conjunction of three rivers - Qingyi River, Dadu river and Minjiang river.
Visit time: 2 hours
In the late afternoon, drive back to your hotel in Chengdu.
